Most of us in Vitality Media have a background in NGO activity, organising events and being involved in the romanian business environment even from our student years. Since we value the proactive attitude that being in a NGO stands for and we know how early volunteer involvement can impact any young person's life, it came only natural that we help out the "DaAfaceri" student organisation by building a website that reflects their beliefs and their activity.

DaAfaceri.ro was a pro-bono project we developed in 2008. The header of the website speaks about the NGO and what it is all about (Who, How and Why), becoming an essential first point of contact with the website experience. The left column is dedicated to all the latest news about DaAfaceri's projects and events, while the right column is social oriented and focused towards interaction. Since early in our involvement with this NGO we started building it's social media presence, and it is important that DaAfaceri was the first Romanian student association with Twitter and Facebook accounts.

Photo and video content was also very important in building this website, as we added an area featuring a promoted video and a photo gallery. We also created a blog for informal communication, and we did basic SEO on-site optimisations so that DaAfaceri is the first Google result for "student association" ("asociatie studenteasca").
